Phineas and Ferb!!!!

Alright so if you didn't know there is a new Phineas and Ferb movie coming out. It's called "Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension." I can not wait for the movie because quite frankly the show is the best thing I think I've seen in a long time.  While I was watching the show at Stewart Foster's house the other day I saw and advertisement saying you can "2D yourself," and being the awesome guy I am I did it! Here is the result....
You now have the opportunity to do it yourself! You can get to the website is here.
Everybody be excited and look for the new movie due out August 5th! It's going to be epic!

Debussy! You freaking Genius!

Every time I hear the starting chords to a piece by Debussy I drift off into a day dream. I Love IT. Do you have any triggers that make you drift off into space? That take you away, somewhere better or brighter or more peaceful? Let us know! Post a comment.

Tad Dustin Fullmer

So... just out of curiosity I wanted to know what my name meant..... I searched on some baby names websites and I came up with this.

Tad \tad\ as a boy's name is pronounced tad. It is of English origin, and the meaning of Tad is "heart". Short form of Thaddeus (Aramaic). "Tad" is also an American slang for "small". Tad is also an anglicized form of Gaelic Tadhg.

Tad= Heart

Okay now for Dustin.....

Dustin \d(u)-stin, dus-tin\ as a boy's name (also used as girl's name Dustin), is pronounced DUS-tin. It is of Old German and Old English origin, and the meaning of Dustin is "brave warrior;dusty area". The fame of actor Dustin Hoffman has been a major influence on contemporaryusage. Popularity is also influenced by the rhyming similarity to another favored name, Justin.

Dustin= Dusty Area

Now for my last name which was not found in a baby names website but rather on an ancestry website.....

German: from a Germanic personal name composed of the elements folk ‘people’ +merimari ‘famous’.

My last name comes from the German name Vollmer and hence the German roots.

Fullmer= Famous People

So This makes me Tad Dustin Fullmer, a famous person with a dusty area, which is most likely my heart, which also is probably a tad small! I think that sounds like a lovely name! Don't you??

Do you know what your name means???? If not this is the website that I used for my first and middle name and have fun googling your last name cause who knows what that could mean! When you find out put it as a comment and we'll see what awesome or not so awesome names we get!

I need a change.....

Okay this time I'm fully relying on feedback. I want to have a change. I feel like I'm kinda stuck in a rut in that I do the same things a lot and I wanna do something different. This can be about anything. Whether you think I should dye my hair or get new shoes, or whether I should talk about something different on my blog or whether I should work out more.... let me know!
Thanks

Rose Petals

In my cave, alone and sad, I drift into a dream
I'm walking in a field with white fences and beautiful flowers
The sky begins to darken not from sunset but from rainclouds
A tall white gazebo approaches me and I step under it's pavilion just as the rain comes down
The first thing I can think to do is smile as the wind rushes past
The smell of rebirth climbs my nostrils allowing the opportunity to move on
I try to grab this moment for as long as I can
This petal of a moment flies through the air out of my reach
Leaping into the rain, I sprint for my joy
I come to a cliff and pause just for a moment
Then LEAP
Falling, still just out of reach of the rose petal
The ground quickly approaches and I awake
Sweat gleams upon my face once the light slowly crawls into my cave
The morning sun brings a present of a morning shower
And with it a breeze carrying a one single rose petal
I stand and look out my stony tomb and see the sun peak through the clouds
It's a new day

Thundercloud.....

I love waking up at two in the morning to thunder. Two of God's most amazing creations are Light and Sound and this beautiful burst of electricity is an explosion to both sight and sound. I love to lay on the ground outside in the pouring rain thinking about just being in the clouds. I like to think that one day I'll be a part of the rain or the light from the lightning bolts. All things in this world were created for a reason and I highly doubt that rain is merely meant for getting wet or that the great streak of light is just an amazing light show. Nothing, besides possible Inception (just kidding), has caused me to think more. There is so much beauty in this world and one day it'll have a purpose.

*this video was what sprung the interest in this subject suddenly, this is the King's Singers version, it was originally by U2

"If you felt any less...."

Sometimes I like to think that maybe you're having a bad day..... everyday.
Sometimes I think you just don't want to be very social..... just to me.
Someday I hope you'll be really happy to see me..... but you never are.
Sometimes I break into tears knowing you'll never hear..... the song I sing.
Somehow you could understand..... if you only took the chance.
Some nights I dream how happy we could be..... only to have it broken.

Now that I'm deserted, without even a shred of hope, I recede into my cave fearing the impending doom bound to find me if I leave.

"If you felt any less, you'd be dead."

Song of the Day: The King's Singers "Blackbird"

So today I had a choir craving. I listened to Eric Whitacre, The King Singers and other choirs trying to fill me up with some choir! So I figured that the song of the day should be a choir song. This is The King's Singers singing "Blackbird" which was written by the Beatles.

Song of the Day: Dry the River "New Ceremony"

So I found this song the other day. I commented on facebook about finding them. Anyway for the past week or so I've have just wanted to hide them. I was so afraid that people would judge the music even if they didn't say anything. But as I think about it, I really just want to share my music with everyone, not to hide it. That's what someone who loves music should do right?
This is New Ceremony by Dry the River.

Song of the Day: Louis Armstrong "As Time Goes By"

This is a tribute to the classic Louis Armstrong, singing the classic "As Time Goes By." I think that this song goes perfectly with the person singing it. You can still enter to win my undying love. I'll be picking a name out of a hat this Friday so put comments in before then or you won't win!! Haha Thanks!

Holy Crap!!!!! I knew when I first saw Will Stratton that he was good but now he's ridiculous! He has a freaking twelve string guitar for crying out loud. I love all the stuff the does especially because he has a lot of schooling behind his music and he definitely knows how to sound good. So here you are Lying in the Dark. Comment and like please!

Breakfast At Tiffany's

This morning after having suffered through the night with a small fever, though strong enough to keep me awake, I had the hankering to watch Breakfast At Tiffany's.
Who cares if my cousins are downstairs and the sound is cranked up, really high. Who cares if it's eight in the morning? Who cares if I'm a guy? I wanted to watch Breakfast at Tiffany's, and so I did.
Oh that movie is so good! I love it. That era definitely had some of the best movies.
Anyway I don't think me saying any of this would be half as important without saying how beautiful Audrey Hepburn is. I mean Wow!! She is gorgeous.

Here's probably my favorite part in the movie and the clip of Audrey singing "Moon River."

"You know what's wrong with you, Miss Whoever-you-are? You're chicken, you've got no guts. You're afraid to stick out your chin and say, "Okay, life's a fact, people do fall in love, people do belong to each other, because that's the only chance anybody's got for real happiness." You call yourself a free spirit, a "wild thing," and you're terrified somebody's gonna stick you in a cage. Well baby, you're already in that cage. You built it yourself. And it's not bounded in the west by Tulip, Texas, or in the east by Somali-land. It's wherever you go. Because no matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself." Paul Varjak

Song of the Day: Martin Sexton

This song is called Diner, I originally found this song from Scrubs which is a great show. Martin Sexton does a great job at staying up beat and being generally crazy. It's a great song for a road trip, so in case you are thinking about it......

Song of the Day: Sufjan Stevens

Todays song is Chicago. Sufjan, besides having the coolest name, is very talented musically. I've loved his music ever since I found it. All of his songs have a lot of emotion that seems to come out, mostly happiness, but occasionally some sadness. I hope you enjoy, and if you do please comment and like either here or on Facebook! You can still enter to win my undying love!

Song of the Day: Coldplay

Alright everyone I hope to get lots of feedback on this song. I chose this song for a few reasons but mostly so it would reach a greater crowd. I really want feedback so anything will do, even likes. By the way I love this song. It's message has a lot of meaning to my life. It talks mostly about wanting something that you can't have and there's a barrier between you and what you want. So I give you In My Place.

Attention everybody!

I just wanted to inform everyone how rude it is be impatient. At my work I have so many people come in who do not have the capability to be kind to the people running the store. The people in the store are never going to be rude to you, so don't ever be rude to them.

Now there are some of you who are nice and patient and I thank you for that. You were raised well the other costumers on the other hand...... weren't.

I'm asking.... begging you to please be nice to those people that are there to service you. There is no reason to act like a jerk.

If you have stories about this please share them with a comment. If you agree with what I'm saying post a comment about it.

Thanks,
Tadly

Song of the Day: J. Tillman

Okay I quite literally found this guy yesterday. He is remarkable. This may not be the best video to show his brilliance but I've found videos that cut to the chase work better for the audience. He has such a close to home sound. It's so familiar to me and at the same time it's so new and fresh that it captivates me all over again. If you like this song please comment about it and like it. If you like and comment you will enter to win my love and affection forever! So please comment!

Dear Blue Eyes,

Dear Blue Eyes,

I'm amazed by everything you are. I am amazed by your beauty. I'm amazed by your smile. I'm amazed by your laugh and your giggle. I'm amazed by your love and your innocence. I'm amazed by your beautiful blue eyes.

I can't tell you how I feel about you. I would fumble with my words because your beauty would strike me speechless. I can't explain to you how much I adore you for your personality and your joy because if I did I would put you to shame.

I know that I'll never be the guy who lights up the room when I walk in. Or the guy who makes you get butterflies when I talk to you. I'll never be the person would makes you happy when you'd rather give up for the day.

I love you. I do. But It truly is so much more than that. I know I may have made mistakes before and that I'm not the best person to receive your love. So I understand if you want to be with someone more than me. I love you too much to allow you to make the wrong choice.

Goodbye Blue-eyes,
I'll never stop wanting you to be happy.

Everyone Everyone!!!

I want to get as many ideas as possible as to what you like and dislike about my blog. Please tell me what I should do differently what I should keep doing and what sort of blog material or type of music I'm Leaving Out. Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think. I will honestly try to accommodate all concerns and ideas.
So sent me a message and follow me, so I can follow you!!!

Thanks,
Tadly

Song of the Day: The Antlers

The song I chose for today was Kettering. This is such a beautiful song. The song has such a haunting message played out so perfectly by the music. The message is of love and loss,  pain and heartache and it doesn't falter for a minute.

What happens when you're bored?

Well yesterday I think we had the perfect example of this problem. My friend Liz and I had a terrible time finding something to do. So to fix the boredom we decided at random to have a photoshoot!
Anyway please enjoy these pictures hopefully they will bring you as much joy as they did to me and Liz.

Song of the Day: Bon Iver

I love this song!!!! This song is like a dream, the best one I've ever had. In it everything is okay and I'm with the person that I wanna be with. This song is peace, in one of its purest forms.
